Math is the easiest subject to learn in a second language, because math itself is a language and you already know the basics of it. Even if you don’t understand the professor at all, just by seeing him write and rewrite things on the blackboard you will be able to understand some things. It is never a bad idea to start learning math in a foreign language, but there is no reason to stop learning it in your native language. Math can even be useful when it comes to learning another language precisely because math is comprehensible input. For instance, if you watch math things that you already know in in a foreign language, that's comprehensible input right there. You can watch basic math videos in a foreign language if your level in that language is at least A2, maybe even if you are a complete beginner.
